Aidan and his crew did an amazing job taking care of our water damage. They were communicative, prompt, & professional. Teasdale Fenton will be the first company we call if we ever run into an issue again!

Unfortunately I forgot the names of the two gentlemen who did work in my house today but they are excellent, polite, professionals and didn’t blink when I asked them to put a mask on. I recommend this company.

I've been the Real Estate business 20 years and have renovated 1000's of homes, so I know how hard it is to find good help! Don't give it a second thought! This place and technicians are top notch!

We had water damage due to a malfunction of sump pump that flooded our basement that has a lot of carpet. They were very prompt in coming to our rescue and did good job of getting the basement back in good order. They were very professional about their work and we quite satisfied with work.

They did an excellent Jon with our carpets, and they came out very quick. The cleaner even arrived a little early. They were able do do a lot better job than the previous company that we used, and we were very happy about that. Even better, they were one of the cheapest options we found while researching different carpet cleaning companies. Check them out.

Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness. Today, Shane removed the equipment. Everyone was courteous and worked efficiently. Later this week T-F will come out to clean the tile flooring. We had used T-F some years back for a similar house emergency. They are extremely reliable; they understand the nature of water mitigation, and they work in a way that shows concern for your property. I have no hesitation recommending them enthusiastically.

Save your time & money; just call Teasdale Fenton. Took a ‘lost cause’ heavily greased-stained carpet & 10 minutes to have it looking new again. Seriously, like new. I had previously worked 2 hours with a rental Rug Doctor and it looked ‘better’, but Roy & BJ from TF had it looking fresh & right in 10 minutes. Amazing restoration. They also honored my housemate’s military service with 10% off *and* a sincere thanks to him, class act. Next time, no rental Rug Doctor & wasting my day. Funny thing is, after adding in the Rug Doctor rental plus my time & gas back and forth, it cost the *exact same* to have TF do it...and do it right! Well, now I know. Hope that helps.

The technician Stephen Rains is very friendly and professional and he knows a lot about the carpet cleaning and wood floor cleaning. He give me very useful information. Remind me if I want to clean the carpet, it need to wait for around 3 weeks after we finish refinished the floor. And help to correct my payment. I really appreciate his help.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.

Ryan did a great job with cleaning air ducts and dryer duct. Very pleasant and professional. Called prior to scheduled time and was prompt. You have a good employee with Ryan. Treat him well.

And, Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative when he came to clean my dryer duct/vent. Cleaned carpet and a very good job.

This was my first time using Teasdale for carpet cleaning. I was so pleased with the services that I received from Mr Steve R. He was very professional and he would explain everything to me before he started. He even stopped cleaning several times to call me into a room for approval! He went beyond what I imagined for this service. My carpets looked brand new! I will definitely use them in the near future for other services that they offer!
