I booked the day before for a 8am-10am appointment for a carpet and couch cleaning. I got a call right at 8 with an eta. Tony arrived and was very professional. He did an excellent job on everything and left our house smelling fresh and clean. Will certainly use Teasdale Fenton again, it was easy, fast, and reasonably priced.

I was a little skeptical about my carpet coming clean. I had a rather large dog who it had some accidents, but Lee came out and did a wonderful job. He was very compassionate about the situation. Thx!

Comment: Dear Management,\r\n\r\nI am writing because I believe exceptional employees deserve to be recognized, and Chris Moore has gone far above and beyond anything I ever expected.\r\n\r\nFor the past several months, I have been dealing with an extremely difficult situation involving significant water damage to my home, an ongoing insurance dispute, and a roofing contractor who denies responsibility. Throughout this process, Chris has been one of the very few professionals who has consistently treated me with kindness, patience, honesty, and genuine compassion.\r\n\r\nFrom the moment Chris became involved, he has demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism. He performed a thorough inspection of my home, carefully documented the damage, took detailed moisture readings, prepared comprehensive estimates, and explained his findings in a way that I could actually understand. As someone who has never dealt with a situation like this before, that meant a great deal to me.\r\n\r\nWhat impressed me even more is that Chris’s assistance did not end after the inspection. He has continued to answer my emails, review additional documentation, explain technical issues in plain language, and provide thoughtful guidance long after his original responsibilities would normally have ended.\r\n\r\nWhen new damage developed, Chris returned to my home to obtain updated moisture readings and photographs. He prepared supplemental documentation so the insurance company would have the most accurate information possible. Even after that, he continued making himself available whenever I had additional questions.\r\n\r\nChris has also taken the initiative to offer suggestions for possible next steps, explain different possibilities without making assumptions, and even reach out to people he knows in an effort to help me find additional answers. He has never made promises he couldn’t keep, and he has always been honest about what he knows and what he doesn’t know. That honesty has built an enormous amount of trust.\r\n\r\nThroughout this entire process, Chris has remained objective, professional, respectful, and incredibly patient. He has never spoken down to me or made me feel like I was just another file on his desk. Instead, he has consistently treated me like a person whose concerns genuinely mattered.\r\n\r\nAs a single mother trying to navigate an overwhelming situation involving my home, insurance company, contractor, and financial hardship, there were many days when I felt completely defeated. Chris’s willingness to take the time to explain things, answer questions, and simply listen helped me more than he probably realizes.\r\n\r\nEmployees like Chris are the reason people trust companies. Technical knowledge is important, but professionalism, integrity, compassion, and genuine customer care are much harder to find. Jacob was tremendous help and great attitude!

Thank you to all the Teasdale people I dealt with from Sally with helping me figure out what I needed to have done and then Nikki with scheduling , she made it easy, and Dave who came out to clean the air ducts and dryer vent. Thankful we had the dryer vent cleaned. He recommended having the dryer vent cleaned once a year.

They did an awesome job on our Fire Department vinyl floors! From estimate to completion a very simple, efficient process. I would highly recommend this company. 10 starts!

Teasdale Fenton has cleaned rugs for me in the past. On the occasion, they came and cleaned all the carpets in my home and gave me a quote on care of hard wood floors. The Technician was friendly, courteous, and profession. Will call them again!

Comment: Amazing and professional service! Their team easily organized the pick-up and delivery of my area rug. Plus communicated throughout the process. My rug looks brand new! I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Teasdale Fenton completed another outstanding job!!!! Especially the technician, Lee. We could not have asked for any more!!!! Such a nice young man and he did a wonderful job and not only the carpet but in just his overall appearance and mannerisms and conversation. This guy should definitely be commended on an excellent job well done!!!! It's too bad that not all service employees that we encounter day in and day out are not like Lee!!!!! I truly believe the world would be a better place!!! Again, Great job to Teasdale Fenton and especially an incredibly excellent job to Lee!!!!! Thank you sir!!!!!! PS. Excellent job cleaning two wool oriental rugs. Were picked up and delivery included laying rug. Both men were professional and helpful. Rugs look fantastic - should have done this years ago. Great value with the 2 for 1 price

Comment: I had the excellent and most fortunate opportunity today to get Lee as my technician this morning to address my carpet cleaning needs. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Tesdale-Fenton and this fine young man, Lee. As always, the company did not disappoint!!!! He took some really nasty and smelly carpet and really made it quite nice. I knew that it would not look like new after this many years so I just wanted it to look better than it did and to be cleaner all the way around. I could not ask for more!!!! Lee with such a nice and professional young man. His interpersonal skills and his in-depth knowledge knowledge of not only the business but the way he carried himself was most impressive!!!! He answered my multitude of questions without getting irritated (lol), offered suggestions and I enjoyed a very nice conversation with him!!!!! He definitely made an effort to make sure that the equipment would reach my apartment with no issues and that there would be no damage to any of the surroundings in the process. I really do feel that he should be committed on an excellent job well done and recognized for his efforts!!! I\'m not sure if you have any type of recognition programs or not but he certainly should know that he did a great job!!!! It\'s too bad that not all of the service employees that we encounter these days are as nice and personable as he was!!! Great job Lee!!!!! Angel came as scheduled and was polite, respectful, and thorough.

Company followed up on my service and insisted on me being satisfied.

We worked with Mike for carpet cleaning. He was efficient and incredibly quick. Carpet is clean and smells great, but not strong. Ease of scheduling and weekend availability was 10/10. Will definitely be using regularly to maintain our carpet warranty.

The gentleman I had was extremely professional my carpet and couch look brand new again
