Shane and another technician came out to take care of a flooded basement. They are extremely courteous and answered all of my questions with patience and details. This is the first time I've had to use a disaster recovery company and I hope it's the last but I know if all of Teasdale Fenton's employees are like Shane, I will be calling them again!

Cj and Jeff were great! I scheduled them a day before the service and they came ready to do the work and on time. Highly enjoyable personalities and both extremely professional. Carpet looks amazing and they pulled up a few month old nail polish stain with no problem. Highly recommended and will definitely use this company again in the future.

He and Connor took great care in protecting our home and belongings; even cleaning up after themselves. Both gentlemen were personable and empathetic diffusing our stress incurred by water damage. I had a basement leak that ended up creating a mold problem. I called and got an appointment for an assessment/estimate within a few days, and then the work began a week after that. Mark and Tyler came and worked quickly and carefully removing damaged carpet, padding, and drywall. They brought in air scrubbers and treated the two areas with mold growth. The whole process took about four hours on the first day. The scrubbers were left to run for four more days. Everyone I worked with - Paul, Mark, and Tyler - were professional, answered all my questions, and were very nice.
