Jeremy did a phenomenal job cleaning my couches and area rugs! He was able to get all the stains out and had my furniture and rugs looking new again. Jeremy’s costumer service was top notch!

Teasdale Fenton and their technician Aiden did a fantastic job on our emergency call out. We had a mini flood in our finished basement that required immediate attention (on a Sunday!). Aiden was knowledgable, professional and gave us a quote within 15 minutes. The job required quite a bit of carpet cutting and hauling, baseboard removal and fan/dehumidifier placement. He was finished in a couple of hours. I think we saved a lot of future mold and smell problems by calling TF right away.

We highly recommend after a significant flood in our home. William Wetzl was our project manager and he was amazing. He worked directly with our insurance company and provided consistent and clear communication about the plans. He also displayed a wonderful sense of calm which helped us tremendously during the stressful event.

Teasdale’s response was incredible! Called on a Friday afternoon, 3 hours later wet carpet was being ripped out. Aiden worked all weekend to get our home dried and all damaged carpet and drywall removed. Communication was great thru the entire process.

Teasdale Fenton were prompt and friendly to answer questions and easy to book. Phillip, our technician was courteous and efficient, and did an excellent job on my oversized chair and ottoman, as well as 3 area rugs. I mentioned that I wanted to switch the placement of my 2 6x8s and he even did that so I would t have to lift anything! I highly recommend

Teasdale Fenton was a great company to work with during a sewage back-up. Although, I did not understand the whole insurance process Teasdale Fenton explained everything. I researched the reviews before calling Teasdale Fenton. This is my home we are dealing with, and I wanted to be smart with my decisions. Looks like all the unhappy do not use reviewers are people who didn't want to pay their bills. What a shame, people work hard and to not be paid is not okay. So, if you need a great company to work with when you house is a mess, Call Teasdale Fenton. They have also cleaned my carpets in the past, they were so kind and did a great job.

Kieran did an amazing job! I have never seen my carpets so clean before! Wonderful customer service and will definitely be recommending him to all my family and friends!

Jenny Dossenback the Water & Mold Team Coordinator is outstanding! She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions during the stressful time of remediating the mold in my basement, even giving me her direct line. She made the whole scary process easier and less stressful!

I am very impressed! 12 year old carpet in a household with 2 adults 3 kids and 2 dogs. You even lifted stains from the previous owners! I wish I would have taken pictures before stepping into my living room.

Comment: This is our second contract with Teasdale Fenton and we couldn\'t be happier with their work. Today, Corey and Mike did a fantastic job cleaning up a large attic storage area that had been a living area for raccoons. They removed and took away all the storage items, HEPA vacuumed the floor and all the nooks and crannies, and disinfected the entire attic. Everyone at Teasdale Fenton has been great to work with including the office staff, Brittany the estimator, and Corey and Mike - communication and scheduling have been great! We highly recommend them.

Hunter lamb was very professional, very knowledgeable about the type of cleaners, the type of system he used, the way and methods to clean carpets. He showed me every thing he did to clean and walked me through the steps he was taking to clean my wine stained carpet. The process wasn’t long at all and the pricing was the best around. Can’t find a harder working young man in the area

Excellent job cleaning my area rugs. I initially had another company come and clean the rugs and one rug in particular looked worse! This other company said it was the best they could do because the carpet fibers were damaged. Well Randy came out from Teasdale Fenton, took the very large rugs by himself and returned them in near new condition! Randy said CJ worked diligently to restore my rugs. I am so thankful to both Randy and CJ. I thought I was going to have to replace the rugs, but now they look great! I wish I had before and after photos to show you, the difference is dramatic. Its hard to see in the photo what a good job they did.The spots in the photo are just the sun shining in my windows. I will definitely be using them regularly.

We had Paul Watkins come to our home for carpet cleaning and I can’t express how thankful we was. He called us ahead of time to give us his eta and was very polite and professional. This is a wonderful company with great employees. Highly recommend them for your cleaning needs. Thanks Paul for your professionalism and kindness.

Comment: I’ve had my carpets cleaned with other companies but after Teasdale Fenton I refuse to go elsewhere. The entire staff from the call center (Susan) to the technician (Ron) are professional and friendly. I request Ron due to his expertise, professional and friendliness. He always exceeds all my expectations.
