We finally had our carpets cleaned after not having them professionally cleaned for years. Kevin, who came out to clean the carpets did an amazing job, making them look fresh and new again–including 30-year-old carpet which now looks brand new. He arrived early, did a thorough job cleaning all the carpeting in our home. We were very impressed too that a stain came out completely of one of the bedroom carpets, which other carpet cleaners in the past weren’t able to remove. He also was very knowledgeable and honest when answering our questions about getting an accent chair cleaned. Even after 2 weeks our carpets still look fresh and clean. We definitely would recommend Teasdale-Fenton carpet cleaning and will use them again in the future.

Julius did an amazing job! Better than I could’ve expected, and everyone that I spoke with was so nice! I didn’t have very high hopes with all of the pet stains and the smells that come the having a big dog but my carpets haven’t looked this good in a long time, will definitely be a repeat customer :)

Comment: My expert cleaner was very professional. He put covers over his shoes without me asking. Called me before he showed up. Told me he was 30 minutes out. Showed up on time introduced himself. I showed him what I was getting done. He explained the entire process to me and started right after. The cleaning was efficient and effective. Highly recommend it. Julius was a friendly.

Comment: I am a property manager and we were having trouble with a clog in a dryer vent in a townhome. The technician Dave went out of his way to help to clear the clog. He didn\'t give up and kept at it and got the clog out. Great job!!

We had our hardwood floors cleaned last week. The employee was friendly and professional and overall did a Good job. However some of the floor around the baseboards were still dirty

Comment: LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE\r\nMy day to day life has been significantly impacted by a recent clean & seal to our natural stone kitchen (& mudroom) floor. The technician from Teasdale, Steve advised me when he came to give the estimate that cleaning & sealing my floor would make cleaning it easier. Oh my gosh, he wasn\'t joking. It\'s been a breeze to clean and so noticeably brighter that every time I walk thru, I think of that guy and want to thank him all over again. I don\'t know if he\'ll ever realize the difference he has made. Worth every penny. Many heartfelt thanks:)

We recently experienced a pipe burst in the ceiling of our finished basement. We called Teasdale Fenton as we worked with them for water removal some 10 years ago. The restoration technician Aidan Ealy called within 2 hours and was on site the same day. He did a great job of assessing the extent of the restoration and started the water removal and carpet drying immediately. 3 days later, our carpets are dry and look like nothing ever happened. We'll be working with Teasdale Fenton on the ceiling repairs as well, but we couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness, and quality of work by Aidan and the team at Teasdale.

Highly recommend Teasdale Fenton! From the very first call to the last interaction, just amazing work! Kieran was able come early and get my air ducts cleaned beautifully! I'm excited to breathe fresh air in my new to me home! I will definitely be calling them again for future cleaning jobs! Thank you Kieran and Teasdale!

Aiden did an excellent job explaining the removal process and keeping me posted on some possible measures to lessen water intrusion in the basement. Very professional young man!

Teasdale Fenton to save the day again. We use them for our business to help with messes my plumbers accidentally make while working in customers homes. They are always on point and take care of the job efficiently. Today we had Ray (Teasdale Technician) out to our personal home to clean our sofas. He was polite, well spoken, and attentive to detail. Today Julius came out to my apartment building to clean my new unit for me. He was very kind and did a fabulous job. Quick and effective. I feel like I can actually live in my apartment now that the carpets aren’t gross!!! Thanks so much Julius!

Steve was absolutely a 10… I’d give him higher if I could.. There from 10:15-9:30…. Barely ever took a break…his attention to detail and throughness Was outstanding. Have used others who didn’t come close to cleaning our carpets and tiles .. Thank you Steve !!

Great communication, service, support, and follow up. We had a backup of water in the basement. After we addressed the backup, we hired Teasdale Fenton to handle the cleanup, disinfection, biowash, etc. Everyone we infected with at the company was professional and polite. They had a quick turn around in providing the estimate and scheduling it perform the work once we decided to go with the company. I appreciate Jacob French and Jon (forgot his last name) for their follow up to any questions and handling all of our concerns.

Shane does an exceptional job of working hard to provide customer satisfaction! He provides additional attention and care to stains and leaves our home clean and fresh with drastic improvement in the appearance of our carpet!

We had our carpets cleaned this morning by a gentleman named Charles. He did a fantastic job, he was very thorough, Took his time, answered all my questions and gave me all the information that I needed to make sure the carpets dried properly. The carpets look brand new!!! Also, Nikki, I believe was her name and Lindsey in your customer service department, were also incredibly helpful. Looks like you’ve gained a customer for life!
