New Dryer, and thought maybe it was not running more than 20-25 min becaues it has been a while since we cleaned the vent. Jacob was VERY nice and took his time to make sure the dryer vent was cleaned correctly (our outlet is under a deck the size of an aircraft carrier...poor Jacob). New dryer may have a internal problem, but its not the vent ! Thanks Jacob and TF for a job well done.

Josh H arrived within the agreed-upon time frame to resolve problems with my dryer. He was agreeable and polite at all times, clearly knew what he was doing, efficient in all aspects of the job, and I had clean dryer vents to the outside of my condo within 30 minutes. I would strongly recommend his work to future customers!

Very professional company at a good price. This is the second time I've steam cleaned my unit, plush carpet. The first time was with Widmer's and wasn't happy with the results. Residual solution left a crunchy feeling after it dried. Teasdale did much better at extracting the solution, better technique IMO.

Our tech was super fast, like cleaned 3 rooms a hall and the stairs in 20 minutes fast. I was skeptical that he could have done a good job that quickly, but it seems he did. Now, granted our carpet wasn't filthy and there weren't any stains, so I can't really comment on that. While he was quick, he was a bit grumpy. Our street was paved 2 weeks ago and he seemed a bit miffed that the blacktop heated up and got on his shoes and his hose. I apologized and said if I'd have known that was going to happen, I would have warned him. He also hemmed and hawed about my neighbor's car being parked in front of my house, again, not exactly my fault. All in all, they did a good job and the carpets are clean.

Just had my 2 year old carpet and my 18 year old carpet cleaned today by Ryan. It all looks (and smells) fantastic! Ryan was very engaging, courteous, and professional. He was in and out of here in no time but just enough time to show me the last little part of the uncleaned carpet to see the difference.

Today I had my air ducts cleaned from Teasdale. Jacob F. was a great technician. Teasdale called me the day before to remind me of my 2 hour window. Jacob called 30 minutes before arrival to give me an accurate time. This was greatly appreciated and almost unheard of by other companies. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. He described what he was going to do and started immediately. He was careful navigating my house with his equipment and did no damage to any of my property. He left no messes and did a great job. I am very happy that I went with Teasdale for this service. Later in the day I had Shane G. and Brantson L. show up and steam clean my carpets. They called to check about coming early. (worked perfect for me) They did an amazing quality of job. Moved my small furniture to clean the entirety of each room. House feels great and clean. Thank you Teasdale and thank you Jason F. Highly recommend this company for you cleaning needs.

I have tried TONS of carpet cleaning companies and Teasdale Fenton is by far the best! Their customer service is on point and their techs are personable, reliable and hard working. We had Bryan P. as our tech and I am asking for him from now on! He was amazing, thorough and great with customer service. I highly recommend them!

When moving into my new apartment recently, there was a large, finished attic with carpeting that you could just tell had been a child's play room or frequent hang out spot as the carpet was riddled with spots and stains of all different shapes, colors, and sizes. Teasdale's techs were able to come out within days to shampoo wall to wall, getting into every corner and crevice including around a couple of old, brick chimneys that run from the ground floor through the roof. They had large fans that they left onsite until the carpet was deemed completely dry, which were promptly removed once drying was complete. I would recommend Teasdale Fenton to anyone looking for a quick, non-invasive carpet cleaning experience that really gets the job done.

The technicians were very friendly and courteous. I felt comfortable with them in my home and appreciated the heads up that they were on the way. I definitely noticed a difference in my carpets and am overall very pleased with the service.

Eric is a wonderful technician that always shows up on time or even ahead of schedule. He is very thourough with his work and always explains if there are any issues. He is quite a pleasure to work with.

We have been getting our carpets, cars, and furniture cleaned every 6 months by Teasdale Fenton for the past several years. We have used other companies and no one can match the price or quality that we get with TF. In the past we have had a few small issues and after communicating our disatisfaction, TF has always fixed the problems quickly! Their sales people have never been pushy or taken offense to our expectation for perfection. For this reason we have remained loyal customers for some time and referred many friends and family who are also very satisfied customers. The last several times we have called last minute (day or two before) and they are always able to get the same tech -Eric-out to our house. He is very personable and works hard to get the job done well. Thank you for your service!

Excellent service by Ryan and a job well done. We had two rooms of carpet cleaned and the kitchen, dining room and hall tile cleaned and sealed. He even cleaned our patio furniture cushions. 5 Excellent service Eric did a great job of carpet cleaning. He was friendly and efficient. He arrived on time and notified me exactly what time to expect him.

The technician, Robb, that cleaned our carpet, upholstery and mattress this morning was very professional. He called thirty minutes before his arrival and arrived between the times that I was told he would. He described to us the process and order that he would clean for us. Not only was he quick and efficient he did an extremely thorough job. The carpets that we thought were hopeless have been cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. Thanks Robb for the great job. You have made our home livable again and took care of most of our spring cleaning.

At first we thought we needed to replace our carpet, but instead wanted to try cleaning it first. Daniel F. and Rob B. came out and were able to make our carpet look new again. No need to replace and much cheaper. Plus they were able to get out a black stain from the fireplace. Very happy with our results!
