The best service I have had in a very long time. We had very little time to find a place and transfer to our new home. Within days we realized we had horrible water issues, most of the back wall of our home was wet, insulation soaked, water dripping from the light socket! James came right away determined the issue and assured us his company would fix everything. I was concerned the floor would have to be replaced, kitchen redone but he said we would see after they dried everything out. The good news is that after they dried everything, the floor did not have to be replaced and our kitchen was left intact. The young man he sent out to us was Zack and it was like having my brother there. So it was only natural to call Zack when we needed a few other repairs. It's also important to note that when our hot water heater broke down Zack answered my call to him at 2030hrs on a Friday night! He and Bill came back and fixed our steps and deck and I will be keeping my new baby brother's number for whatever our home needs next. Thax Ya'all, Awesome Job!

The 2 technicians (Daniel and Rob B.)were amazingly professional and communicated wonderfully. They did a fabulous job and did it pretty fast. I will be having them back in 6 months!

My technician Jacob F. was courteous and respectful of my home. He took extra great care of us and completed the job more thoroughly than expected.

Jacob F, was at our home this week and did an excellent job. Jacob was very courteous and kind, and very professional. We highly recommend Teasdale-Fenton and often brag about their great service.

Jeff was not only thorough and competent in his work, but he was polite and charming too. My carpets look so clean and smell great too.

I called Teasdale Fenton to have three rooms in my new home cleaned. Jeff came out and was not only on time, but he was very professional. There were several stains (which he referred to as traffic stains) in the bedroom carpets. To my surprise, after the cleaning my carpets almost looked new. I couldn't be happier with the services received. I will definitely call Teasdale for my next carpet cleaning needs

The two people that came to my house were great. It was my first time using Teasdale Fenton and will be calling then again. Daniel F. and Rob B. were my technicians.

I have used TF for emergency water evacuation as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning. They are THE BEST company to work with because they are reasonably priced and are processional. When my water heater leaked, they were at my home within the hour to set up fans after pulling up carpet. The couch they just cleaned looks like it did when I bought it! The cleaning also puffed up the cushions. Nobody cleans better than Teasdale Fenton.

A car hit my business at 1am and I called ServPro three times between 1:30am and 3:30am and they weren't able to get anyone out until 7am. I called Dan Mitsch at 1-800-BOARDUP at 4am and he and his partner started boarding up the window 90 minutes later. Dan then got Teasdale Fenton cleaners out at 8am to clean up the shattered glass and then had the Teasdale Fenton carpet cleaners out that night to clean the carpets. I couldn't be happier with Dan and the service we received.

I called them to clean 5 rooms and the stairway. The service was quick and reasonably priced. I added on extras but the cleaner clearly conveyed the price to me and there were no surprises. He asks you what furniture you would like to be moved and even helped moved some of the smaller stuff I had left on the floor. Very friendly and professional!

Last Friday, Teasdale Fenton came to my home to clean the dryer vent. Jacob F., called 30 minutes before he was going to arrive which was wonderful b/c I had to leave work to meet him. First, I loved this b/c I didn't sit around my house waiting all day for a service professional to arrive. Jacob was extremely professional, offered advise, and cleaned up the mess that was caused from having the vent cleaned.

Steve R. did a wonderful job on our carpets and ceramic tile. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the most effective way to maintain our carpet and tile. I highly recommend!

Daniel F. and Rob B. did a wonderful job today cleaning the carpet in my home. They were able to clean up all the problem areas I had and were in and out quickly. They were also friendly and professional. I will definitely be calling for services again!

New Dryer, and thought maybe it was not running more than 20-25 min becaues it has been a while since we cleaned the vent. Jacob was VERY nice and took his time to make sure the dryer vent was cleaned correctly (our outlet is under a deck the size of an aircraft carrier...poor Jacob). New dryer may have a internal problem, but its not the vent ! Thanks Jacob and TF for a job well done.
