We took their suggestions to heart on what we should do and they excepted our coupon and our carpets and stairway look great. We couldn't be happier . They also recommended that we have the tile in our kitchen done and we are going to do that next. Stay tuned !

Matt took his time to do a very detailed cleaning of our carpets. They look great. The only downside to Teasdale is the booking of an appointment. For some reason it takes a while and they never have my correct phone number and address in their system, even though I am a repeat customer.

I had two gentleman who doesn't fool around these guys believe in the old saying " Time is Money" they immediately started work I never saw anything like it before. Not that they ignored me or did a bad or sloppy job just the opposite they just kept busy the entire time they were there I was never so impressed. They were there to work and work they did so much energy. Both these gentleman were professional, business like, on top of there job I had a couple of bad spots in my family room that were really difficult they worked diligently to get them completely out. This is the first time I used Teasdale Fenton, I saw your ads and told my Real Estate Sales person Amy Hunt Pierce of Beechmont Star One Realty that I was going to try Teasdale Fenton to clean my carpets and she said good they do a terrific job. Amy said other clients of hers have used them and they do wonderful work. So when Amy recommended them so highly there was no doubt in my mind I was going to use Teasdale Fenton. Matt was able to clean all of my carpets in about 30 minutes and was very helpful in explaining how to spot clean "pet accidents" going forward. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get the time and day I needed. This was an easy and painless process and the carpets look great!

Great company with friendly hard working employees. My carpet looks better after they are done. With two cats and a dog I can definitely tell a difference in both appearance and smell once the work is complete. Fair prices as well.
