The office staff and cleaning technicians are very professional and courteous. The pricing is very reasonable and there is no hidden charges. The fact that you can for the most part schedule same day is so helpful because my schedule is so hectic plus they make the carpets look brand new every time! I can not say enough about this company. My house was flooded and Teasdale Fenton sent in the A Team. They came in with smiles and were sensitive to my catastrophe. Hunter, Jacob and Tyler evaluated the damage and immediately started working. They are a full service company that moved my furniture to safer ground and set up and turned on their equipment and the healing began. Jacob and Tyler were so professional and respectful. They checked up with me during the drying out period by calling to see if I was okay or if I had any concerns. That kind of support sure did mean a lot to me. Their supervisor, Adam also came by several times to check on the progress and to make sure everything was working properly. They are a very hands on Company and I would, and have referred them to others in the same situation. It's not often, nowadys, that you receive such great workmanship and you receive it with a smile. Thank you Jacob and Tyler...........you guys are THE BEST!!!!!

Our technician was Steve who did an amazing job. He arrived on time was professional, informative, & pleasant.

They are the best. Jason informed me on my carpet in FLA room. He advised me to do that room when the weather is cooler and no humidity. They got my carpet nice clean. Will use them every six months.
